STAFF BOOKING SERVICE
The staff booking service consists of our matching your technical and economic criteria to your project needs, to find the perfect fit with your budget and the advanced skills you require. Once a detailed description of your requirements are processed, a staff that meets your needs and budget constraints are insured. Subsequent logistics, such as the establishing of call times, location, status, and means of payment, are also included.

PAYMASTER SERVICE
PayMaster services consist of our replacing you as the " employer of record". As the "employer of record", we relieve you of the obligation to make contributions for the various human resources. But, more importantly, we protect you from making the costly mistake of misclassifying a technical resource which could be an unforeseen challenge to time sensitive services involved in any aspect of the project you source.

Since Old American has built its own software enterprise under such models it allows their expertise to enhance the success of your managing endeavors.

Success over the past five (5) years Old American has continued to generally provide staff
at below street rates. Our ability to provide discounted rates have not been influenced by or subject to market factors such as supply and demand. We will endeavor to and lock the rates as quickly as possible.
