licensing and product representation agreement to market the
Human Resources Management System (HRMS) web-enabled software
product line, HR2 recruitment-to-retirement suite.
The HR2 recruitment-to-retirement suite includes nine individual
modules that are specifically designed to work with and for
recruiters, hiring managers and executives throughout the
business-to-employee relationship. The suite, a highly cost
effective system that is targeted to midrange companies and
Universities, is flexible and non-linear, providing customers
with an entire software product line that works with them
and for them, and is easily integrated into existing infrastructure.
The first module in the HR2 recruitment-to-retirement suite,
Re:Cruit, recruitment and applicant tracking software, is
a comprehensive web-based application tracking software tool
that was built to automate the process of Resume Filing, Vacancy
Posting and Job Matching.
The system offers a complete range of solutions and services--simplifying
and optimizing the entire recruiting and tracking process.
Organizations can accelerate hiring cycles by bringing recruiters
and hiring managers online. Managers can submit requisitions
for approval, review current candidates and manage recruiting
tasks; basically allowing them to acquire the best candidate
at the lowest cost.
