Old American completes installation of HR2 Human Resource Software module Re:Cruit at the University of New Mexico - Replaces Oracle with DB2 for Data Incorporating the World's Largest Pool of Hispanic Job Applicants and Seekers -

Wilmington, DE/Newport Beach, CA-September 4th -Old American, Inc., www.oldamericaninc.net, an international asset and technology solutions provider, announced today that it has completed the installation of Re:Cruit, the first module in the unprecedented web-based Human Resource software package--HR2 recruitment-to-retirement suite.

The unique collaboration, formed by local leaders for the Hispanic Statement of Cooperation (http://hsoc.unm.edu) brings together fourteen Government Agencies with the University of New Mexico to create the largest database and interactive list available of Hispanic job applicants and seekers in the state.

The Re:Cruit solution was ideal for the dynamic project that incorporates time-critical data of Hispanic job seekers interested in employment in all participating agencies and the University of New Mexico. The solution ensures that information is shared in order fort each and every candidate to be considered for every available employment opportunity within the network and is not overlooked, delayed or lost in the system.

Re:Cruit is a highly cost effective, yet comprehensive web-based applicant tracking software tool that was built to automate the process of Resume filing, vacancy posting and job matching for institutions and mid-sized companies.

The first module in the innovative, patent pending, product line that delivers incredible speed of deployment, customization and interacts within the organization's existing infrastructure, Re:Cruit works with each organization to customize the recruitment and employment process.
